Resumen

Dentro de las neoplasias de pulmón una de las menos frecuentes es el carcinosarcoma, entidad constituida por el crecimiento tumoral simultáneo del componente epitelial y del conectivo. Se presenta un caso de este tipo de tumor, diagnosticado endoscópicamente y se hace una revisión de la literatura.

Summary

One of the least frequent neoplasms of the lung is carcinosarcoma, an entity formed by simultaneous tumorous growth of the piethelial and connective components. The authors present one case of this type of tumor, diagnozed by means of endoscopy, and review the pertinent medical bibliography.
