Se presentan dos casos de neumonía intersticial linfoide (LIP), discutiéndose las características histológicas de la enfermedad en relación con otras linfoproliferaciones pulmonares. Se hace un pronóstico de benignidad en relación con la tinción de inmunoperoxidasa.
Two cases with interstitial lymphoid pneumonia (ILP) are reported. The histological characteristics are reviewed in terms of other lymphoproliferative pulmonary processes. Outcome and benignancy are estimated based on the results of immunoperoxidase stains.
