Presentamos el caso de una paciente con asma bronquial intrínseco que presentó un cuadro de infiltrados pulmonares con eosinofilia atribuidos a la inhalación de cromoglicato disódico, circunstancia infrecuente y poco referida en la literatura. El cuadro desapareció de forma espontánea tras la supresión del fármaco, no siendo necesario instaurar tratamiento esteroideo.
A woman with intrinsic bronchial asthma developed pulmonary infiltrates with eosinophilia, attributed to disodium chromoglycate inhalation. This is an uncommonly reported condition. The abnormalities disappeared spon-taneously after suppression of the drug and steroid the-rapy was not required.
