Los autores describen dos casos de hamartomas pulmonares intraparenquimatosos. Se analizan sus características clínicas y anatomopatológicas, realizando una breve referencia bibliográfica y se describen las diversas teorías histogenéticas. Su diagnóstico necesita la colaboración histopatológica, y su tratamiento adecuado es la resección más económica posible.
The autors describe two cases of intraparenchimatosus pulmonary hamartomas. Their clinical characteristics and pathological anatome were analyzed, making a brief bibliographical referance and describing the various hystogenetic theories. The diagnosis needed hystopathological collaboration and its adequate treatment was the most economic resection possible.
