Se presenta el caso de una niña de siete años con un secuestro pulmonar intralobar y cuerpo extraño intrabronquial coincidentes en el mismo segmento pulmonar.
Después de analizar las posibles relaciones existentes entre estas entidades se pasa a analizar las causas de la clínica, revisando los aspectos radiológicos, para acabar con las recomendaciones terapéuticas.
A 7-year-old girl with intralobular pulmonary obstruction and an intrabronchial foreign body in the same segment of the lung is described.
The possible relationship between the two entities and clinical causes ara analyzed and the radiological aspects reviewed together with the therapeutic modes.
