Resumen

Se presentan veinte casos de enfermos asmáticos y cinco normales, a los que se somete a una prueba de esfuerzo triangular en tapiz rodante hasta alcanzar la Potencia Máxima Tolerada (PMT), utilizando la Resistencia de las vías aéreas como parámetro para detectar la broncoconstricción, comparando los resultados obtenidos en cuanto a la inducción de broncoespasmo con la bibliografía.

Summary

Twenty asmathic patients and five normal volunteers were subject to a test of triangular effort on a moving carpet to reach Maximum Tolerated Strength (MTS). The resistance of the air passages was used as a parameter to measure bronchoconstriction. The obtained results in relation to the development of bronchospasm were compared with those reported in the literature.
