Resumen
Se presentan los hallazgos morfológicos de un caso de síndrome de Löffler, en su variedad neumonía eosinófila, que evolucionó favorablemente con tratamiento corticoideo. Se exponen los rasgos diferenciales de otras entidades que cursan con síndrome de Löffler, desde el punto de vista anatomopatológico.
Summary
The authors present the morphological findings of a case of Loffler's syndrome, in its variety, eosinophil pneumonia, that evolved favorably with corticoid treatment. They expound of the differential characteristics of other entities that run with Loffler's syndrome, from the anatomicopathological point of view.
