Se expone el caso de una paciente con mediastinitis fibrosante criptogenética, en la que destaca la afectación de la arteria pulmonar derecha como rara complicación de esta enfermedad. La realización de una angiografía digital pulmonar permitió demostrar con gran precisión la afectación vascular y evitó la realización de otras técnicas más invasivas y de mayor morbilidad.
The unusual involvement of the right pulmonary artery in a case of cryptogenic fibrous mediastinitis in a woman is reported. The digital pulmonary angiography allowed to demonstrate with a high accuracy the vascular involvement and avoided to perform other invasive techniques with higher morbidity.
