Resumen

Se presentan dos casos de tumores de células en avena, radiológicamente presentados como masa mediastínica superior, sin afectación bronquial. Se enfatiza su inclusión en el diagnóstico diferencial de las masas de mediastino superior.

Summary

Two cases of oat-cell tumors are presented. They were seen radiologically as a superior mediastinal masses without bronchial alterations. The authors propose its inclusion in the differential diagnosis of tumors of the superior mediastinum.
