Resumen
El neumotorax espontáneo causado por hidatidosis pulmonar es de rara observación. A propósito de dos nuevos casos se discuten los hallazgos radiológicos insistiendo en la utilidad de la radiografía de tórax en el diagnóstico causal del neumotorax.
Summary
Spontaneous pneumothorax caused by pulmonary hidatidosis is a rare observation. Based on two new cases, the authors discuss the radiological findings. and insist on the utility of radiography of the thorax for the causal diagnosis of pneumothorax.
