Two patients with Pott's disease presenting carious lesions in vertebral bodies are reported. One of them had neurologic compromise —spastic paraparesis— and other striking ñnding was endobronchial tuberculous involvement. In one case, results of Lówenstein culture of mashed lymph nodes yielded the diagnosis and in the other case, diagnosis was provided by the finding of acid-fast bacilli of the fluid obtained through puncture and aspiration of the cold paraspinal abscess. Pathogenesis and treatment are discussed.
