Los autores presentan dos casos sobre una entidad clínica poco frecuente como es la leiomiomatosis pulmonar. En el trabajo se comentan las distintas hipótesis aparecidas sobre su pronóstico y evolución, métodos diagnósticos y tratamiento.
The authors present two cases of pulmonary leiomyomatosis, a rare clinical entity. They discuss the different hypothesis about its prognosis, course, diagnostical methods and treatment.
