Although hemangiopericytoma usually presents as an asymptomatic mass lesion, paraneoplastic syndromes have been reported on rare occasions, including hypoglycemia [3], hypertension [4], and pulmonary osteoarthropathy [5]. Our patient had an association with coagulopathy.
