Se trata de un tumorlet descubierto en el estudio anatomopatológico de un pulmón con bronquiectasias.
La revisión de la bibliografía sobre el tema expone la benignidad del proceso que aparece generalmente junto a infecciones pulmonares crónicas.
Summary
This paper deals with a tumorlet discovered in the anatomicopathological study of a lung with bronchiectasias.
A review of world literature on the topic shows the benign nature of the process that generally appears together with chronic pulmonary infections.
